Fanidhar Mega Food Park Private Limited – As an SPV, Fanidhar Mega Food Park complies with Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India, and Government of Gujarat scheme standards. Scattered across 52.68 acres lies the Mega Food Park.

Modern dry warehouses, cold storage facilities, and frozen storage facilities, as well as cluster-specific processing facilities like IQF and potato flakes and French-fries, are among the project’s components. The park uses a cluster-based approach and provides the essential infrastructure needed by the food processing industries, including safe working spaces, weigh bridges, facilities for managing fresh and waste water, electrical and IT networks, transport-worthy roads, and reefer vans for the transportation of frozen and perishable goods.

The goal of the park’s Cluster-based approach is to raise farmers’ incomes.

Fanidhar Food Park is being developed in an area of about 52.68 acres of land at Munderda village, Mehsana District as Mega Food Park with one CPC (Core Processing Centre) at Munderda and 3 PPCs (Primary Processing Centres) at Sabarkantha, Anand and Vadodara (Gujarat).

Mega Food Park is the scheme of Ministry of Food Processing Industry. The scheme aims at providing a mechanism to link agricultural production to the market by bringing together farmers, processors and retailers so as to ensure maximizing value addition, minimizing wastage, increasing farmers’ income and creating employment opportunities particularly in rural sector.

Chairman and Managing Director

Mr. Krunal Patel is the Chairman & Managing Director of Fanidhar Mega Food Park Pvt. Ltd., Chairman & Executive Director of Saptarishi Agro Industries Ltd., and Executive Chairman of all Fanidhar Group companies. A first-generation entrepreneur, he has built a strong management team to uphold his high business standards.

Since inception, he has driven the group’s growth and international vision, focusing on finance, government relations, and policy compliance with state and central authorities. With deep connections in India’s agro-processing sector, Mr. Patel has developed sustainable, scalable business models, built capable teams, and established efficient systems. He is also known for his expertise in strategic negotiations and relationship management.

Mr. Rushabh Patel

Managing Director of Fanidhar Group and Joint Managing Director & CEO Fanidhar Mega Food Park Pvt Ltd

Mr. Rushabh Patel, 29, is the Managing Director of Fanidhar Group and Joint Managing Director & CEO of Fanidhar Mega Food Park Pvt. Ltd. With rich experience in project implementation, he leads the architectural, construction, and purchase departments. He is also responsible for corporate administration, public relations, and managing the corporate image.

Actively involved in the daily operations of all Fanidhar Group companies, Mr. Patel has shown strong entrepreneurial skills and business acumen, significantly contributing to the Group’s growth.He holds a BBM Degree from Bangalore University and has completed the Global Leadership Program at Jain Institute of Management Studies. He has also attended international business seminars in Germany, China, England, and Switzerland, enhancing his global perspective on business management.
